Snakes (better than cinnamon rolls)

2 cups warm water
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp yeast
Mix together and set aside until mixture is about twice it’s original size.

In separate bowl, add:


1 Tbsp salt
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
6 1/2 cups flour


Add to first mixture until well blended. Let rise 30 minutes. Roll dough into long snakes and dip into melted butter. Roll into mixture of white & brown sugar & cinnamon. Coil loosely on greased pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake 20 minutes @ 350
