Pear Pie

From the Kitchen of: Tina Cronin


2 cups diced pears

½ cup white sugar

1 beaten egg

1 cup sour cream

1 Tbsp. flour

1 tsp. vanilla

1/8 tsp. salt

1 unbaked pie shell


Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Top with crumb topping and continue baking 30 minutes.

Crumb Topping: 2/3 cup flour

1/3 cup white sugar

¼ cup butter

Cut until crumbly. DON’T OVERBAKE!
