Crock Pot Roast Beef

1-2 onion quartered

Beef Roast (can be frozen, just cook overnight)
2 boullion cubes

1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Water

Place onion on bottom of crock pot. Cover onion with water. Place roast on
top. Add soups, and boullion cubes. Cook for 8 hours. If roast is frozen
cook overnight.
